According to the Complaint the Company made misleading statements to market. Kornit claimed that because of its superior technology, it was almost unopposed in the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing market. Despite these claims the Company knew that quality control issues and customer service deficiencies plagued its business, leading to lost customers and increased competition.
